Overview
Analytics is Klu's deep-dive view of your business. Five tabs each focus on a different angle โ general revenue, customers, cannabis flowers, leaderboards, and inventory.
When to use it
- Reviewing end-of-week or end-of-month numbers
- Comparing performance across branches or date ranges
- Understanding customer demographics and retention
- Identifying top staff, top products, and top categories
How to use it

- Open Analytics from the sidebar.
- Pick branches (multi-select) and a date range in the page header. Both persist across sessions and across tabs.
- Click any of the five tabs โ General, Customers, Cannabis Flowers, Leaderboard, Inventory.
- Tab URL uses a hash (
#customers,#leaderboard) โ share a link and the tab opens directly.
Tips & gotchas
- Cannabis Flowers tab only appears if you have a cannabis category configured.
- All five tabs respect the same branch + date range filters โ switching tabs doesn't reset them.
- Data refetches whenever branch selection or date range changes.
- Role gates: STAFF doesn't see Analytics at all. MANAGER and above do.
