Overview
The Cannabis Flowers tab gives cannabis dispensaries a dedicated view of flower performance: grams sold, average grams per transaction, sales waste, favourite strain types, strain history over time, and top-selling flowers. Only appears when your org has a cannabis category configured.
When to use it
- Weekly cannabis-specific review
- Tracking indica / sativa / hybrid mix to inform purchasing
- Monitoring waste trends (expired, damaged, short-weight)
- Identifying top flowers to keep in stock
How to use it

- Open Analytics and click the Cannabis Flowers tab.
- Review the grams sold card and average grams per transaction.
- Scan the sales waste metric โ catch expired or damaged inventory trends early.
- Check the favourite strain type โ tells you whether indica, sativa, or hybrid is winning this period.
- Study the strain history line chart to see how strain-type mix shifts over time.
- Review the top-selling flowers table to inform your next purchase order.
Tips & gotchas
- Tab only appears if your org has at least one category tagged as cannabis (managed under Organization -> Categories).
- Waste data only appears if staff are recording waste via the Inventory -> Stock tab waste action.
- Respects the shared branch + date range filters.
