Top customers, budtenders, products, and categories ranked by revenue/sales.

Overview

Leaderboard ranks your top performers across four dimensions: customers, budtenders (staff), products, and categories. Each table shows counts plus performance percentage badges. Click a row to jump into that entity's detail page.

When to use it

  • Identifying VIP customers to reward or retain
  • Running a monthly staff performance review
  • Finding your top-selling products to restock
  • Deciding which category to invest in

How to use it

  1. Open Analytics and click the Leaderboard tab.
  2. Review the top customers table — highest spend over the selected date range.
  3. Scan top budtenders — staff ranked by sales they rang up.
  4. Check top products — unit volume and revenue side by side.
  5. Review top categories — aggregate performance by category.
  6. Click any row to open that customer / staff / product / category detail page.

Tips & gotchas

  • Performance percentages reflect a relative comparison within the visible list, not an absolute target.
  • Staff leaderboard only counts sales where the cashier field was captured at POS — make sure staff are signing in with their PIN.
  • Respects the shared branch + date range filters.
