Inventory overview
Check stock by room, adjust stock, reconcile, and print labels — all from the iPad.
Overview
The Stock screen shows stock per product per room at this branch. The iPad supports three inventory actions: quick stock adjustments (waste or move), room reconciliation (physical count), and product label printing. For full inventory management — restocks from suppliers, transfers between branches, and purchase requests — use the Dashboard.
When to use it
- Spotting an out-of-stock mid-shift and tracking it down
- Logging spoilage, breakage, or damaged units
- Running an end-of-day or end-of-month physical count
- Printing price or shelf labels for new arrivals
How to use it

- Open the drawer menu and tap Stock.
- Search by product name or filter by category or room.
- Tap any product to open the stock actions modal.
- For a physical count, tap Reconcile Stock in the header.
- For labels, use the dedicated Labels screen from the drawer menu.
Tips & gotchas
- Stock counts reflect the currently active branch — switch branches in the drawer if you need a different one.
- Changes sync to the Dashboard in real time.
- The iPad can't initiate a restock from a supplier or a transfer between branches — those are Dashboard workflows.
- Label printing needs a supported printer configured in Printer setup.
