Three views onto your sales โ€” by bill, by product, by category.

Overview

Organization -> Sales is the single source of truth for everything that's been rung up. Three tabs give you three different angles: Bills (one row per sale), Products (aggregate performance per product), and Categories (aggregate per category).

When to use it

  • Looking up a specific transaction or answering a customer question
  • Reviewing which products and categories drove revenue this period
  • Exporting sales data for bookkeeping or an accountant
  • Spotting reverted sales and reconciling payment methods

How to use it

Video tutorial coming soon
  1. Open Sales from the sidebar.
  2. Pick branches (multi-select) and a date range in the page header. Both persist.
  3. Switch between the three tabs:
    • Bills โ€” every sale as its own row, with filters and full invoice access.
    • Products โ€” aggregated per product, with 17 sort options.
    • Categories โ€” aggregated per category (and category group).
  4. On Products and Categories, the Copy-as-TSV button hands you a spreadsheet-ready export.

Tips & gotchas

  • Filters, sorts, and the selected tab don't share state โ€” switching tabs resets tab-specific filters.
  • The branch + date range header filters stay consistent across all three tabs.
