Overview

The "Bills" view in Sales is one row per sale — the equivalent of an invoice. Use it when you need to look up a specific transaction, answer a customer question, or export a day's worth of sales.

When to use it

  • A customer is asking about a specific receipt
  • You need to verify a payment method reconciliation
  • Exporting a date range to Excel for bookkeeping
  • Spotting reverted or cancelled sales in a period

How to use it

Video tutorial coming soon
  1. Set the date range and branches using the header pickers.
  2. Filter by customer, payment method, sale status (PAID, PENDING, REVERTED, CANCELLED), or order type. Combine as many filters as you want — they AND together.
  3. Search by customer name, phone, or member number — the input debounces at 500ms so your list updates as you type.
  4. Sort by date, total, or any other sortable column header.
  5. Click a row to open the invoice detail page with every line item, promo, discount, service charge, and payment event.
  6. Copy to clipboard (TSV) to paste into Google Sheets or Excel — see the export doc.

Tips & gotchas

  • The list is infinite-scroll — if you see "Load more", there are more sales beyond the current view. When exporting, load everything first or Klu warns you there's more data not in the TSV.
  • Reverted sales show a red badge — the original sale row stays in the list so you always have an audit trail.
  • Multi-select filters (cashier, product, tab creator) are the fastest way to narrow down "who sold what" during an audit.
