Overview
Promotions let you run time-bound discounts and offers โ spend thresholds, BOGO, free products, unlock prices, and more โ scoped to specific branches, categories, or customers.
When to use it
- Running a weekend sale across selected products
- Rewarding bulk buyers with quantity discounts
- Launching a buy-one-get-one (BOGO) offer
- Targeting VIP customers with private pricing
- Time-boxing campaigns with start/end dates
How to use it

- Open Promotions.
- Use filters to narrow by status (ACTIVE / INACTIVE), type, or category.
- Search by name (500 ms debounce) or sort alphabetically.
- Click Create Promotion to start a new one, or use the row menu to edit/delete.
Tips & gotchas
- Unlimited active promotions.
- Null start/end dates mean "always active".
- Each promotion has a type that determines its trigger and reward config.
