Overview
Promotions can be edited, toggled active/inactive, or deleted at any time from the list.
When to use it
- Tweaking an existing campaign's discount or dates
- Pausing a promo without deleting it
- Re-activating a seasonal promo
- Removing an expired or obsolete promotion
How to use it

- Go to Promotions.
- Find the promo (search or filter by status/type).
- Edit โ row menu โ Edit โ change any field โ Save.
- Toggle active โ use the status filter to confirm the change took effect; the active flag is on the form.
- Delete โ row menu โ Delete โ confirm in the modal.
Tips & gotchas
- Toggling to INACTIVE pauses the promo without losing its config.
- Deleting is permanent โ there's no undo.
- Edits apply immediately to new transactions; in-progress tabs keep the old state until closed.
- Role gates follow the standard CRUD rules โ all roles can create/edit; delete is typically OWNER only.
