Overview

Settings is a tabbed hub where you configure everything outside the day-to-day product and sales workflow โ€” personal account, org-wide rules, branches, team members, billing, and support. Which tabs you see depends on your role.

When to use it

  • Changing your password, language, or low-stock notifications
  • Setting org-wide rules (rounding, loyalty, PromptPay, day start time)
  • Managing branches and copying branch codes for device pairing
  • Inviting teammates or updating roles
  • Updating payment methods or downloading payment history
  • Looking up support contacts

How to use it

  1. Click Settings at the bottom of the sidebar.
  2. Pick a tab across the top: General, Organization, Team, Branch, Subscription, or Help.
  3. Make your changes on the tab's form and save โ€” most tabs save in place with a toast confirmation.

Tips & gotchas

  • Tabs visible by role:
    • General and Help โ€” everyone
    • Organization and Branch โ€” OWNER only
    • Team โ€” OWNER / HEAD_MANAGER
    • Subscription โ€” OWNER only
  • Most changes apply immediately โ€” language is the exception and reloads the UI.
