Overview
Organization -> Products is the master catalog for everything you sell. The list view covers every product with its image, SKU, category, price, and per-branch stock. The detail page for each product adds variations, derivatives, strain profiles, inventory logs, and sales history. The Price Strategies section at the top manages tiered pricing that applies across products.
When to use it
- Adding new products or updating existing ones
- Setting up tiered price strategies for the same base product
- Creating variations (sizes/colors) or derivatives (breaking down parent stock)
- Checking per-branch stock and hiding products from specific branches
- Bulk-importing a fresh catalog from a spreadsheet
How to use it

- Open Products from the sidebar.
- Use the branch selector at the top to view All Branches or a single branch โ branch-specific pricing and visibility only appear once a branch is selected.
- Filter by categories, search by name or SKU, sort by name, price, category, or SKU.
- Click any product row to open its detail page โ Variants, Derivatives, Inventory, Logs, and Sales tabs live there.
- Use the header buttons: Add Product, Upload (bulk import), or Create Price Strategy.
Tips & gotchas
- Role gates: STAFF cannot create, edit, or delete. MANAGER and above can CRUD. Only OWNER can delete.
- The list uses infinite scroll โ click Load more for older products.
- Selecting a specific branch swaps the edit form to the branch-specific form โ changes only affect that branch.
- Variation creation is done from the row action menu of the parent product.
