How to use it

- Open Products.
- Open the row action menu on the product you want to change and click Edit (or click the pencil icon).
- Update any fields. Same validation rules apply as on create โ name and category required, SKU unique, price โฅ 0.
- Click Save. The list and any running iPad session pick up the new values.
Tips & gotchas
- If a specific branch is selected in the header, editing opens the branch-specific form โ changes only apply to that branch. To edit the global product, switch back to All Branches first.
- Changing the category may reclassify the product in reports and analytics going forward.
- Editing the SKU does not rewrite past sales โ historical records keep the old SKU.
- Lowering the low-stock threshold silences previous alerts but doesn't resend new ones until stock dips again.
