Cancel your paid plan — access continues until the end of the current period.

Overview
Cancelling stops the next auto-renewal charge. You keep full access until the end of the current paid period, after which your subscription ends.
When to use it
- Closing down the business
- Migrating to a different plan / provider
- Pausing operations (seasonal closure)
How to use it

- Open Settings -> Subscription.
- On the current plan card, click Cancel.
- Read the confirmation modal carefully — it explains what happens at period end.
- Confirm. The card now shows "Cancelling at end of period" with the expiry date.
Tips & gotchas
- OWNER only.
- Cancellation is not retroactive — you won't get a refund for the current period.
- Access continues until the end of the paid period.
- You can undo by resubscribing before the period ends — no data is lost.
- Cancelled state shows as "Cancelling at end of period" until the expiry date passes.
