Overview
Once a report is READY, you can preview the content in an Excel-style modal and download the full XLSX / PDF.
When to use it
- Sanity-checking a report's content before sharing
- Downloading the final file to forward or archive
- Re-downloading an old report within the retention window
How to use it

- Go to Reports.
- Find a row with status READY.
- Click the eye icon to open the preview modal.
- Scroll through the preview to verify contents.
- Click the download icon — the XLSX (or PDF) file downloads.
Tips & gotchas
- Only READY reports can be previewed / downloaded.
- DRAFT and GENERATING reports show a spinner — they're still being built.
- ERROR reports can't be downloaded — delete and regenerate.
- Reports are retained for 90 days; after that the file is purged.
