Overview
Add a customer so they can earn loyalty points, be targeted by promotions, and have their sales and prescriptions tracked over time.
When to use it
- Registering a first-time customer at the counter
- Onboarding a VIP before their first visit
- Importing customer info collected through a sign-up form
How to use it

- Open Customers.
- Click Add Customer in the page header.
- Fill the form:
- First name (required)
- Phone, email, Line ID
- Date of birth, gender
- Tourist / resident flag, nationality
- Referral source
- Document ID (passport, national ID, etc.)
- Address
- Loyalty opt-in
- Click Save โ the customer appears in the list.
Tips & gotchas
- First name is the only required field.
- Email, if provided, must be valid format.
- Phone can be any 10-15 digit format.
- Loyalty points start at zero โ adjust them later via the customer profile.
